On October 1, 2019, kindergartners from CRES visited Gilby’s Apple Orchard with the funding provided by a CLEF grant. Students studied the life cycle of apples; observed, and tasted different types of apples; pick an appe off of a tree; went on a hayride; played on large bales of hay and picked out a pumpkin to bring home.
